Designed by Darcy Bonner & Associates, the lobby at The Montgomery truly defines modern luxury. Achieved largely through the introduction of exquisite materials and delicate manipulation of the existing space, the result is a luxurious foyer for the residences above. Exotic wood, polished steel, and frosted glass elements draw the visitor into the immense museum-scaled lobby. Centered in the space is a substantial beveled wood frame surrounding a translucent veil of glass floating above a shallow pool of cascading water. The lobby provides a perfect first impression.

24 Hour Door Staff

Friendly and attentive, the door staff are on duty at all times and provide the building with a sense of community and security. 

Open Floorplans with 10 Foot Ceilings

The residences of The Montgomery convey the sense of elegant simplicity and spaciousness integral to the building's Modernist style. Ceiling heights soar from 10 to 16 feet and floor-to-ceiling windows flood each home with natural light. The building's unique design distributes most of the weight each of the four travertine-covered corners. The result is spacious and open floor plans with few supporting columns.

Heated Parking Garage

Deeded parking spaces are located on floors two through five and in the basement. The parking garages are heated, well-lit, and accessible via both the passenger and service elevators.
